1. Walk and/or Run 3-5 miles 3-4 times a week.
2. Drink smoothie or shake for breakfast or lunch.
3. Eat ONE meal lunch or dinner. If you choose to eat lunch, drink a smoothie for dinner. Vice Versa
Keep it Simple.
Say NO to Fried Foods. Reduce Carbs. Mix Running with Walking. Do Yoga or Weights on alternate days (Optional).
